Could the Samsung Galaxy Note III have 3GB of RAM?
Earlier today, we heard that the LG Optimus G2 could be the first mobile device on the market with 3GB of RAM, but now we may have a race on our hands. A new rumor is saying that the Samsung Galaxy Note III could also feature 3GB of RAM, so it's really a matter of which gets to claim the title of "first!"

The report comes from the Korea Economic Daily newspaper, which reported that both the LG Optimus G2 and the Samsung Galaxy Note III will feature 3GB of RAM for better multitasking and performance. This would go along with previous rumors about the device that put the screen at 5.9", with either a Snapdragon 800 or Exynos 5 Octa processor, and 13MP camera.

The release dates for each are still unknown but a Samsung official did say the Note III could launch in September, and we've heard rumors that put the LG Optimus G2 on track for an August release date. Of course, as with most other things, it doesn't much matter which is first, but rather which will be the better device.
