Three of the Hearst Corp.'s magazines, targeting young women aged between 12 and 34 - Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, and CosmoGIRL will be accessible for readers on their mobile phones. These magazines content is mobilized via Volantis' Mobile Content Framework and will be available through Cingular Wireless and Sprint portals as well as through requesting a link with a text message to 26766. This launch comes as a part of the company's efforts to develop new distribution channels and increase the number of readers. Besides fashion and lifestyle trends information, readers will have access to downloadable content, which will initially include ringtones, wallpapers, daily horoscopes, etc.
