A leaked document listed as confidential shows  the specs of the BlackBerry Patagonia 9620, headed to Nextel Mexico with BlackBerry OS 7.1 running the show. TheBlackBerry Patagonia 9620 is a device with a physical QWERTY keyboard. The specs show a 2.44 inch HVGA display with a 246ppi pixel density. The 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 is under the hood and 768MB of RAM is on board. A 32GB capacity microSD slot is included on the phone and there is a 5MP rear facing shooter with flash. A 1450mAh battery keeps the lights on and there is Wi-Fi connectivity as well as PTT functionality

The BlackBerry Patagonia 9620 is not your high-end 'Berry, and is expected to launch some time next month.
