Chocolate BL40 is so easy to use, a Caveman can browse the web
On September 30th, LG will debut its television ad campaign for the flagship Chocolate BL40 handset. The Korean cellphone manufacturer is spending 5 million British Pounds promoting the phone and the first ads will concentrate on the shape and design of the model. "We are making a big investment in TV, press, digital, cinema, outdoorand channel advertising as we feel we have a unique product with thenew Chocolate BL40 that will appeal to consumers." says Jeremy Newing,LG Marketing Manager. The 4 inch LCD screen has a high-resolution display of 800 X 345 pixels and the total package is like nothing else that we have seen in the cellphone market. LG is using the tag line ,"The Shape of the Future" to promote the Chocolate BL40. The initial advertisement features some very un-Geico looking cavemen and the discovery of a valley of BL40 devices. We're not sure it makes you want to rush out and buy the device, but it does show off some of the screen's functions.
