Calling all Batman fans: Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition launches in June
The limited edition Galaxy S7 edge that was teased not long ago is now official, and it's called Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition. Announced in collaboration with DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the handset commemorates the third anniversary of Injustice: Gods Among Us - a very popular game that's hailed as one of the best fighting games of recent years.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is filled with famous characters from the DC Comics universe: Batman, Catwoman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, Raven, Joker, and so on. But the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition is all about one character - Batman - featuring the iconic bat-shaped symbol on the rear. The device comes in "deep black" with gold accents (including the Batman symbol), and looks pretty cool.

As you can see in the official unboxing video embedded below, the Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition will arrive in a special Batman-themed retail box which includes goodies like a protective case, a bat symbol, Injustice game credit, Oculus VR content vouchers, and even a Gear VR headset (though Samsung notes that the package content depends on market). The handset will be released in early June in select markets: South Korea, China, Singapore, Russia, Latin America, and others. The US isn't specifically mentioned, but Samsung will announce more regions, plus pricing details, soon. Let us know if you're planning to throw some money at this Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition, will you?

Meanwhile, those who want to play the Injustice: Gods Among Us game regardless of what Android smartphone they own can download the game for free via Google Play (see the second source link below).
