BlackBerry Magnum's first appearance in a video
RIM’s so called BlackBerry Magnum smartphone that is expected to feature both a touchscreen and a QWERTY keyboard has finally made an appearance in a video. A short video hands-on provided by CellGuru presents the phone to us, although the device itself doesn’t seem to be in a really good condition (we can almost hear it whisper “get me out of here, this guy is a maniac!”). By the looks of it, the Magnum will resemble the original Bold, with design elements almost identical, except for the transition from miniUSB to microUSB port. Unfortunately, we don’t get to see the OS powering the BlackBerry Magnum, but we still get a demo of the SurePress touchscreen (click, click). It would be interesting to see if the interaction with the small screen will be comfortable enough. At least the keyboard looks just the right way. According to some rough specs, the Magnum will feature 3G, GPS, camera, Wi-Fi and a screen resolution of 480x360 pixels, but this is still unconfirmed.
