BlackBerry 4G PlayBook appears likely to join Verizon's line-up
It was a well-kept secret, but apparently Verizon customers could have registered to participate in beta testing of the RIM BlackBerry 4G PlayBook. As you can see from the image of the web site below, the registration is now closed. Still, the implications are quite clear and it all points to a Verizon branded variant of the 4G BlackBerry PlayBook.

Originally, it appeared that Sprint was going to have the 4G PlayBook to itself, but assuming that Verizon's beta testing goes as expected, at least one other carrier will be offering the QNX flavored tablet sometime this summer.
