Best Buy will price match earlier orders for the Lumia 920 to $100, sells it SIM free for $600

Best Buy jumped the gun prematurely, it seems, and started taking $149.99 preorders for the Nokia Lumia 920 on AT&T, when it became clear yesterday that the carrier is actually launching it for a mere Benjamin.

Naturally, the electronics retailer confirmed for a customer's question that it will price-match earlier orders for the flagship WP8 handset, in line with its 30-day price guarantee.

The device is still not searchable in the system, but you can find the links for the different colors below at the new price of $99.99, and Best Buy will also be selling it for $599.99 SIM-free, or the typical unsubsidized smartphone price.
