Best Buy web site shows off Samsung Instinct HD

The Sprint Samsung Instinct HD has some fine features. For example, you can get instant access to social network sites like Facebook, MySpace and YouTube. The 5MP camera can take nice snapshots while the video camera can play back your videos through a TV out connection in HD. Let's also add Wi-Fi connectivity and Visual Voicemail to the many things that this handset is capable of doing. There is no question that this is not your grandfather's Instinct (those were the days).

But when will this device be available at Best Buy? A clue might have appeared on the web site where the little print tells us that pricing is effective August 23rd through September 26th; that would be helpful if we knew what the price is. However, it does tell us that launch should be very soon-certainly before September 26th. And for those allergic to the big box retailer, sorry but this is a Best Buy retail exclusive. An Essential Message and Data plan or an Everything plan with Data will be required upon activation.
