Beefed up Nokia 6 2018 goes on sale in the US
One of the first Nokia smartphones introduced by Finnish company HMD earlier this year, Nokia 6 2018 is now available for purchase in the United States. The phone was rumored to make it to the States in Q2 along with two other HMD handsets: Nokia 1 and Nokia 7 Plus.
The smartphone is now sold via Amazon, but the orders are actually fulfilled by another seller. If you want one, you'll have to come up with $270 upfront, but you won't have to pay anything for shipping.
Unlike the base model, the US/Canadian version comes with a higher amount of memory inside, so instead of 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, the Nokia 6 2018 sold through Amazon includes 4GB RAM and 32GB internal memory.
The rest of the phone's specs remain the same: 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, 5.5-inch FHD (1080p) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 16-megapixel rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 8-megapixel front camera, and 3,000 mAh non-removable battery.

Even though this is the US variant of the Nokia 6 2018, it will only work on GSM carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile, so if you've been planning to use it on Sprint, Verizon or U.S. Cellular, you're out of luck.
In the same piece of news, there's another Nokia 6 2018 (TA-1068) listed on Amazon, which is sold by another retailer for $309. This specific version packs 4GB RAM and 64GB expandable storage, but it doesn't come with a warranty in the US.
