Banner at CES outs the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro and Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro
Samsung outed the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro before making the official announcement, thanks to a banner that it hung up at CES. The latest buzz has the Galaxy Note Pro carrying a 12.2 inch screen with a 2560 x 1600 resolution. Under the hood is the same 2.26 quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 found powering the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition). 3GB of RAM is on board along with 32GB of native storage and back and front-facing snappers of 8MP and 2.1MP respectively. Android 4.4.2 is pre-installed.

While Sammy's Galaxy Note series includes an S Pen and offers features like Multi Windows, its more traditional tablet series will also be offering "Pro" slates. Confirmed by the banner, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro is expected to be unveiled at CES. Expectations are for Samsung to reveal 8.4 inch and 10.1 inch variants of the tablet. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro units are expected to feature 16GB of native storage and be equipped with Super AMOLED screens.
