Tipster Roland Quandt took to his Twitter account today to show off a leaked Asus road map from February. The leaked document reveals the specs on the three different versions of the Asus ZenFone 3 that the manufacturer will be unveiling on Monday. Some of these specs might have been changed over the last few months; we will know for sure before Monday comes to an end.

The road map says that the Asus ZenFone 3 will feature a 5.5-inch TFT display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. Asus used 2.5D glass on the front and back cover. The metal clad device is powered by the Snapdragon 625 chipset carrying an octa-core 2GHz CPU and the Adreno 506 GPU. 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM is inside. The rear-facing camera weighs in at 16MP with an aperture of f/2.0, and includes OIS and laser auto-focus. An 8MP camera is found upfront to snap selfies and handle video chats. The lights are kept on thanks to the 3000mAh battery

According to the road map, the Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe features a 5.7-inch AMOLED display with a Snapdragon 820 chipset. That includes a quade-core CPU and the Adreno 530 GPU. 6GB of RAM is inside, and a 23MP rear camera adorns the back of the device (using a Sony module). The camera supports EIS and HDR.

The Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra has a "groundbreaking" 23MP rear camera, light-speed auto-focus, both electronic and optical image stabilization. The metal clad body is a svelte 6.8mm thin. The device will have a 4600mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0, and a "multi-functional" fingerprint scanner is on board. The unit is driven by the Snapdragon 652 chipset carrying an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 510 GPU.

Keep checking in throughout the day, and as soon as Asus makes the ZenFone 3 and its variants official, we will let you know.
