Asus releases two videos for the ZenFone 3 series
Asus released a couple of promotional videos on Monday for the Asus ZenFone 3 series. This includes the Asus ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, and the ZenFone 3 Ultra. The first video, with the tag line "Incredible Is Now," doesn't seem to really tell us anything about the phones, but does tell us that the owner of the phone isn't good at poetry, music, or sports. Maybe the point of the video went over our head, but we don't get it.
"The ZenFone 3 series was designed from the ground up to achieve photo perfection," says the voice over announcer during the second video. We learn about the 23MP rear-facing camera found on models like the ZenFone Deluxe and ZenFone Ultra; this snapper employs the Sony IMX 318 sensor, and the Deep Trench Isolation Technology; this prevents leaks between photodiodes to improve the quality of the pictures taken. Apple used this technology on the 12MP rear camera found on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

The rear camera on the ZenFone 3 series focuses quickly thanks to Asus' amalgamation of Phase Detection Auto Focus, Laser Auto Focus and Continuous Auto Focus into one feature called TriTech Auto Focus. This enables the camera to bring the subject into focus in .03 seconds. 4-axis OIS keeps photos and videos from getting blurry because of unsteady hands. Real Time HDR shows a preview of what a picture will look like before it is snapped, and the 4X Light Sensitivity LowLight Mode helps take clear shots even under low light conditions.
