Apple starts shipping HomePod pre-orders in the US, no delivery delays it seems
Unveiled last year, Apple's HomePod is now shipping to customers who pre-ordered the smart speaker in the US. Our unit pre-ordered on January 26 is on its way and will be delivered on February 9, the same date the HomePod should hit the shelves in the United States.
If you haven't pre-order one yet, Best Buy should have the HomePod on display from February 9, so you can check it out when you visit one of the retailer's brick and mortar stores.
However, there's no telling how long you'll be able to grab one from Best Buy, as we have no way of knowing whether or not the supply will meet the demand. The good news is you can read all about Apple's HomePod here on PhoneArena, as soon as we test the smart speaker properly.

Currently, the HomePod is available for purchase via Apple's online store for $349, and you can choose between the white and black colors. According to Apple, orders ship in 1 business day and customers benefit from free shipping when ordering one. If you want to pick it up from the nearest Apple store, you should check its availability first.
