Apple iPhone 6 screen assemblies snapped for posterity
From Taiwan comes the latest leaked photographs of the Apple iPhone 6. What we have in these pictures is the front assembly of both a black and white model. Check out the thinner side bezels, smartly trimmed down from the Apple iPhone 5s. The glass on the 4.7 inch display is believed to rounded into the edges, something that we can't really see from the pictures.
On the flip side of each screen, you will see some QR codes, which are used for manufacturing and Quality Control. Flex cables are seen near the top of the assemblies, and on the bottom of each assembly is a cut out for the Touch ID fingerprint scanner.
Apple has an event coming on September 9th, at which time it is expected to unveil the 4.7 inch Apple iPhone 6. A 5.5 inch Apple iPhone phablet might not see the light of day until October. As we get closer to September 9th, you can expect more leaks of the iPhone 6, to come scurrying out of the woodwork.
