Apple iPhone 6 concept shows luscious edge-to-edge display, even thinner body

Apple’s next iPhone is not expected to arrive until at least September, but leaks and rumors have really accelerated in the past few weeks, and all agree on one thing - Apple’s alleged iPhone 6 will feature a 4.7-inch display. We have seen leaked schematics, molds and cases, and now, French publication NoWhereElse has commissioned designer Martin Hajek to use all this information to conceptualize the next-gen iPhone.

What we get is twenty high-quality concept images that put all we know about Apple’s next iPhone in a beautiful visual wrapper.

The concept shows an iPhone 6 with a nearly edge-to-edge display, with very minimal side bezels. This is the main reason why the next iPhone does not look hugely bigger than the current iPhone 5s - the smaller bezels allow for a bigger screen at just a slightly larger physical body of the phone.

The drawings also show the expected change in the design - with smoother, curvier edges. The concept also paints a picture of a new iPhone that is a spectacular 20% thinner than the already slender 5s. Finally, the back of the phone also no longer features a two-tone design, and the plastic cap on the top and bottom is gone. Take a look, and let us know: would you buy the iPhone 6 if it looked like this?
