Apple iPhone 5S casing in graphite and the Apple iPad mini 2 back shell appear on video
After viewing the Apple iPhone 5Scasing in gold on Thursday, we are happy to tell you that this morning we have a video showing off the graphite colored Apple iPhone 5S shell. That pretty much confirms the four color options that Apple will offer for the next iteration of the full-priced iPhone, called the Apple iPhone 5S. We will see the traditional black and white models along with the gold/champagne variant, and the graphite version.
As we mentioned on Thursday, you can distinguish the iPhone 5S from the iPhone 5 by looking for the pill shaped dual-flash on the former versus the round single LED flash on the latter. Another way to tell is to stare at the microphone opening next to the camera lens which is oval on the iPhone 5S and pill shaped on the iPhone 5.
This morning's video features a surprise visit from the back cover of the Apple iPad mini 2. Originally thought to be seeing the light of day along with the new iPhones on September 10th, those hopes are now dashed. The plastic on the top of the casing lets us know that this particular back is for a cellular enabled version of Apple's 7.9 inch tablet.

We're sure that many of you just can't wait for September 10th when Apple is expected to unveil the Apple iPhone 5S and Apple iPhone 5C. First though, we do have a few Android models to introduce on September 4th including the Samsung Galaxy Note III, the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch, and the Sony Xperia Z1. If smartphones and tablets are what puts the spring in your step every morning, the next few weeks are going to be amazing, so keep your eyes right here!
