Apple Music soon to feature Android Auto integration
It appears that Apple is testing Android Auto integration for its music streaming app. If you're enrolled in the beta program of Apple Music, you can now test Android Auto integration, along with a couple of other new features that have been added in the newest update.
After installing Apple Music version 2.6.0 beta, you'll be able to use it as a source in Android Auto, as well as control playback. Besides Android Auto, the latest beta brings a handful of other improvements, which might or might not make it in the final version.
Also, various bug fixes made it in the update too, but no additional details have been provided in the changelog. We're not sure when these features will be released in the Google Play Store, but we hope it will be sooner rather than later.
