We've seen our fair share of the war going on between Apple and Google as both companies seemingly compete in the same mobile space. Steve Jobs and Eric Schmidt looked to set aside their differences as they were spotted sitting down at a cafe in the Town and Country shopping center in Palo Alto. One would think that these top CEOs would choose a more reclusive scene to hold such talks, but it looks like sitting down in a cafe owned and operated by former Google chief Charlie Ayers was a decent place. Unfortunately for them, their faces looked familiar by one person who managed to take some shots before a larger crowd gathered upon them and ultimately forced them to move elsewhere. The Gizmodo tipster that was close by heard, “They're going to see it all eventually so who cares how they get it.” Even though there was no concrete information being gathered during their short meeting, it makes you wonder what kind of ties these two companies have with each other.
