Another Sony Xperia Z4 render shows up, larger front-facing speakers visible
Later this year, when Sony will officially announce the Xperia Z4 (the smartphone, not the tablet, which was announced in March), there might be little to no secrets left for the company to reveal. That's because we've already seen live photosof the Z4, while also hearing quite a lot about its alleged features. On top of it all, we can now take a look at a new Xperia Z4 render, which shows a device that isn't different from the one that was previously unveiled (thus being relatively similar to its predecessor, the Xperia Z3).
Compared to the Z3, the Xperia Z4 has larger front-facing speakers, but that's the only meaningful change (at least on the front side). The new Z4 render can be seen in the slideshow below, alongside some previously leaked photos. It's said that Sony will release 1080p and Quad HD versions of the Z4, both likely sporting 5.2-inch displays. Other features are expected to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, a 20.7 MP rear camera (early sample images can be seen here and here), a 5 MP front-facing camera, and 3 GB or 4 GB of RAM.
An Xperia Z4 Compact and an Xperia Z4 Ultra may also be in the making, but it's not clear if Sony is planning to announce them at the same time with the regular Z4. Whatever happens, we'll be here to let you know.
