A 2017 roadmap for the expected Moto lineup has already been leaked, revealing model numbers for the company's expected releases next year, and it did include one Moto X (2017). Fast forward a few weeks, and said Moto X has appeared in flesh and blood in what looks suspiciously like a testing lab, as if to confirm its upcoming launch.
The phone bears all the hallmarks of the Moto line, with a big round camera area on the back, but seems to be entirely made of metal, as is the trends nowadays. The antenna lines have been pushed to the edges to ensure adequate reception that won't be hindered by the metal chassis. No word yet when will this eventual Moto X be announced, or whether it will make its way Stateside to US carriers.
