Adobe introduces Photoshop Touch app for Android tablets
At Adobe MAX today, the software company introduced Adobe Photoshop Touch. The app is optimized for touchscreen Android tablets and will cost $9.99. Adobe says that the app will be a useful tool for both amateurs and professionals alike and will offer some of the well known features that the PC software version offers, along with some new ones.

Adobe Photoshop Touch was designed to edit pictures in a professional manner and then share it with friends and family on Facebook. Built-in tutorials on the app help guide you through all of the different processes you can use. Besides using pictures from the camera on your tablet, the app offers integration with Google Images and Adobe Creative Crowd. The latter allows you to upload work from your tablet and edit it with Photoshop CS5.

Adobe Photoshop Touch is just the first of a series of Touch apps that the software company expects to bring to Android tablets in the near future. Other titles coming to Touch include Adobe Proto, Debut, Ideas and Kuller will each cost $9.99 when released.
