AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy S10+ is getting a new dedicated camera night mode
UPDATE: It looks like Verizon is rolling out the new camera improvements to the Galaxy S10+ as well. Although there's no mention of the new night mode, many users confirm they got it with the latest update.

Samsung recently released a range of camera improvements to the Galaxy 10 and Note 9 phones, but not in the US where the company sells slightly different variants of its flagships. An improved dedicated night mode and made it to Galaxy S10 and Note 9 smartphones equipped with Exynos chipsets.

Apparently, the US versions that are powered by Qualcomm processors didn't get the update yet. Although we're expecting Samsung to roll out the update to the Galaxy S10 and Note 9 phones in the US, there's no ETA at the moment.

There's a new report from XDA Developers that claims AT&T has now started the rollout of the June security update for Samsung Galaxy S10+. It's the same update that the other major US carriers have already released, but AT&T added the camera improvements that we already told you about, too. Apart from the improved dedicated night mode, the update adds a QR code scanner for the camera.

If the information is accurate, we're expecting AT&T to update the Galaxy S10e and S10 very soon as well. Hopefully, the other US carries will also provide the update sooner rather than later.
