AT&T to launch BlackBerry Curve 8900 on Thursday?
According to BlackBerry News, a source has told them to expect AT&T to release their version of the BlackBerry Curve 8900 this Thursday. Replacing the 8300 model, the new Curve will cost $199.99 after a $100 mail-in-rebate and a two year contract. If that pricing sounds familiar, it is because we had already reported about a leaked pricing sheet that had the correct information.
T-Mobile already has released their BlackBerry Curve 8900 and the only difference on the outside is that Ma Bell is using white numerals on their keyboard vs. the red print on T-Mobile's numbers. The latter carrier is offering their phone for $149 after a $250 instant discount and a $100 mail-in-rebate.
