AT&T selling BlackBerry Torch 9810 and 9860 for 1 cent next week, along with other handsets
Thinking about buying the BlackBerry Torch 9810 or the BlackBerry Torch 9860? If you wait until next week, you can spend a penny for your thoughts as AT&T will sell you either model for 1 cent with a signed two-year contract. It's part of the carrier's holiday promotion that includes the two 'Berry models and some Android and Windows Phone units as well. The BlackBerry Torch 9860 will be 1 cent on November 27th (Sunday), while the BlackBerry Torch 9810 will cost you that shiny Lincoln on Monday, November 28th.
Ther BlackBerry Torch 9810 has a 3.2 inch display with resolution of 480 x 640 and is powered by a single-core 1.2GHz processor with 768MB of RAM aboard. There is 8GB of storage out of the box, which can be expanded to as much as 40GB using a microSD card. A 5MP camera on back captures videos at 720p. BlackBerry 7 OS is installed which means a faster second-gen WebKit browser and liquid graphics are on the device. The BlackBerry Torch 9810 features that portrait sliding form factor which reveals a physical QWERTY keyboard.
AT&T will also have all Windows 7 and selected Android models available for the 1 cent price on Saturday, November 26th, with a signed two-year contract. On Sunday, besides the BlackBerry Torch 9860 being priced at 1 cent with the signed contract, the HTC Inspire 4G in red will be $29.99 with the signed pact. Finally, on Monday, besides the 1 cent price for the BlackBerry Torch 9810, you can pick up the Motorola ATRIX 4G, Samsung Infuse 4G, HTC Inspire 4G and the LG Thrill 4G for just 1 cent. Of course, you will need to lock yourself up for 2 years.

The BlackBerry Torch 9860 is an all-touch phone that is equipped with the largest screen on a BlackBerry handset, 3.7 inches, at WVGA resolution. The same single-core 1.2GHz processor seen on the Torch 9810 is aboard along with the same 768MB of RAM. 4GB of native storage is on the unit and can be expanded to 36GB using a microSDcard. A 5MP camera on back takes 720p video and BlackBerry 7 OS is running the show.
