ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity now finally gets bumped up to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity is one of the best Android tablets money can buy and now it’s finally (after a slight delay) getting updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, nearly three months after its launch. The Infinity rolled out with Ice Cream Sandwich on board with a light Asus skin on top of it.
We recently took the Infinity for a spin and can confirm that it’s one of the best Android tablets right now, months after it rolled out.
Jelly Bean brings - most importantly - perfectly smooth visuals and transitions to Android, eliminating all kinds of stutter. With ICS’s visual polish and JB’s performance boost, Android now finally looks like a much more capable tablet platform. (It’d still need more apps made for tablets, though!)

So if the update still hasn’t arrived for you, why don’t you head into settings and see for yourself if it’s there - if not it should arrive very, very soon.
