A massive DROID X update is now available
Quite a few Motorola DROID X owners are very proud of their handset and see no point in buying a different phone in the foreseeable future. For this loyal bunch, a new update - version 2.3.340 (don't be confused, this is still Froyo) - is now available.
It remedies some bugs (for example, the handset remains locked after long key presses and the "Force Close" camera error is a thing of the past), improves some existing features (for example Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync) and adds a few more goodies - like pre-loaded Flash Player 10.1, EA's Madden NFL and some new MyVerizon apps.
For more info, hit the Verizon link and enjoy the update.
