A leaked screen shot of some internal communications at Canadian carrier Rogers has some interesting news. It seems that a iPhone 3GS with 8GB of memory is being shipped out to Rogers. There is no word on pricing or launch date. It could be that Apple has sold out of its inventory of the $99 iPhone 3G and will replace that entry level version with this new model, but we still have no idea whether or not AT&T in the States or other carriers worldwide will be joining Rogers. If you have been planning to buy the $99 iPhone 3G model, it might be a good idea to wait to see if this is legit and if it is, what the pricing will be.
