I really liked the design of the iPhone 5s as well

iPhone 11 Pro max and iPhone 14 pro max were quite good, but not revolutionary

Now that you mention ceramic... The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 special edition came with a ceramic monobody, amazingly sleek looking device!

I agree about that ceramic back making it look very nice

The transparent Firefox Fx0 phone, followed closely by the cyan Nokia N9. You shoulda let people post pictures for this.

Among the phones I personally had:

1) Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray - small, sexy, great details in the design;

2) Sony Ericsson k810i - awesome glass keyboard with round metal buttons; cool camera icons lighting up when the camera is on;

3) Motorola ZN5 - I hated the software but the design was super sleek;

4) Google Nexus 5 - minimalism and iconic shape.

Oh yeah, the Ray, that was really something special!

The top three; unlocked Nokia E75 NAM in red, Nokia 9300, and Nokia N75.

The E75 was simply a gorgeous phone, and well crafted, even with Symbian on board at the time. It performed okay (sure, it was no iPhone or Droid...), but the craftmanship of the metal and glass surfaces made it a beautiful phone to hold, and to behold. Truly a world-class business device. Of all the phones I have ever owned, the E75 is the one I miss the most. The Nokia 9300 was also a beautiful phone for 2004, although it was crafted out of plastic... it had a ginormous internal screen by 2004 standards, and the dual form factor layout (with humongous FULL keyboard) was ingenious. I wish there was a similar form factor of device available in our day (though I don't think I would be willing to throw a thousand dollars at something just to get the form factor I want). The N75 was an excellent flip phone, and on top of that was a tough little smartphone with an excellent (by 2007 standards) camera and flash, along with dedicated external music controls. All three were fantastic in their own right at their time, and could do things that many other smartphones could not. Not only that, but they were diverse in their form factors, which is something we see very little variety of in today's smartphones.

I'm partial to the 2014 moto x pure edition. With moto maker, you could make the front black or white, accent color choices for the speaker grilles and camera surround, plus back plate options. The bamboo was pretty nice. If it could come with updated hardware, I'd take it in a heartbeat.

Going to be controversial here, but I'm loving my Surface Duo 2.
