The Camera Bump

Fold 4 is my daily driver

make the the phones thicker- we'll love the extra room for a larger battery. 60 more grams is is a small price to pay.

The camera bump throws the esthetic of the slate off in the hands.

I have an S23 Ultra and if I found a phone genie in a bottle a could have unlimited wishes, they would be a thinner lighter body, remove the selfie camera altogether, near audiophile sound and a new technology battery that could be recharged an indefinite amount of times and would last for weeks at a time without being recharged (you did ask for a wish list and did not pre-qualify it as a REASONABLE wish list). Lithium Ion batteries are very life limited, dangerous when damaged and are literally an ecological nightmare (both on the material mining and disposal issues).

On my S23 Ultra: change the photo sensors: 50mp and larger sensor size instead of 200mp for the main one, higher resolution for zoom sensors for better results in intermediate/hybrid zoom, same thing for ultra wide angle . Better night mode optimization. More settings to fine-tune screen saturation.

Maybe it sounds extreme but following Galaxy dex feature I want it to have a 32GB RAM version and having IDE support in Android for Android Studio, JetBrains portofolio of development tools, full Adobe Suite, most common professional software support ( all of this could come in iOS also) so our most personal device could have it's work profile with this apps in DEX mode and never needing to carry or own a laptop again ( considering the fact that during and post-covid we had a tremendous increase in remote work )..just usb-c or wireless monitors in cafes, hotels, libraries and other public or commercial places. These places could offer input devices also such as keyboard and mouse... Until we can overcome the need for a monitor for the concept glasses Samsung showed in an ad where the screen is projected by the glasses in front of you, even the input devices like keyboard and touchpad are projected ( maybe need to carry special gloves to feel the haptic feedback), coupled that with what Apple could offer with AR with their glasses

I think Xperia phones come close to what you listed above, although there's no stylus, obviously. The problem with Sony phones, though, is price and availability.

You're right on both counts. The Xperias are very nice phones but they aren't even available in my region, Australia through official sales so that combined with the loss of the stylus always stops me before getting one.

A stylus-equipped Xperia please, Sony?

light weight (150g max) but with high end specs, I don't care about premium material, most will slap a case on for protection anyway!

Why are you missing the headphone jack? You are not fan of bluetooth technology or just can't find the right headset for you?

I miss it for the gaming. U can't charge ur phone while using headphones if used through adapter. And also there is a big list of issues like u need to charge them. Most of the Bluetooth headsets come with their own sound signature which are again costly. If wired headset is damaged, they come cheaper when compared to wireless ones. Also they are ready to use any time( no unexpected power offs)
