Yes from.using samsung and from a reputable Indian website. Which is bigger than even Amazon in india...partly owned by Walmart. Not only that, I am required to take pictures/videos of some stuff at work and the phone doesn't give accurate colors there too.
Interesting. The only time that happened was when my wife video called me a few years ago & asked if I wanted a shirt. I thought it was Laker gold, but it was more like a mustard yellow. The Verizon video call app was terrible.
I don't know that it's laziness, as much as companies trying to establish a model identity. Why change style for the sake of change, if it works? There's only so much you can do to a slab, and I doubt anyone is going to call the S23, iPhone, or Nothing Phone unattractive.
Car manufacturers do the same thing with cars, providing major face-lifts once every eight to ten years.

Yes it matters, it feels heavy and premium even with a case on it. At this price point this is the best material that can be used.
