They’re virtually the exact same phones as the previous ones, the specs are midrange at best, and the cameras are something that are found on entry level devices. Yet for all that, you’re expected to pay a HUGE price premium, all to stare at an ugly crease.
It's not just the crease because I doubt that there will ever be a solution to the crease in any foldable screen. The problem is what the crease represents... which is a fragile, excessively expensive gimmick phone. I still predict that they will eventually fade into oblivion once the novelty wears off. But I could be wrong because the world is full of iD10ts and lollipops (suckers) who will throw good money at bad tech! SMH
Fold 5 - a bit disappointed there is no S Pen housing and that it's still tall and narrow. Maybe the 6 will offer passport form factor.
Flip 5 - I'm happy with the new cover screen and am buying it. (Trading in my S23 Ultra, trade-in credit is more than I paid for the device. Had the Flip 4, but traded it for the S 23 Ultra, loved the "carryability" but hated the cover screen.)

I can confirm that the Honor Vs and the Honor V2 are both very capable and, in my opinion, better than the Z Fold.

@Mariyan how is the software experience on the Honor V2? That's the only think preventing me from considering it to upgrade my Fold2

I'm mostly an idiot and definitely a sucker for bad tech. Specially the very expensive type of tech.
