Mini Muddle
Phone owned for less than a year

Upfront: very disappointed. I love Samsung, love Samsung Galaxy... They just kept getting better and better... until the mini. I was assured by Verizon it was high end, not entry-level. It's become a sad joke among my multitude of contacts as I have to start off the calls with, "have I told you today how much I abhor this phone? When we get cut off, you call me back." It randomly opens windows, apps, and screens. It randomly freezes, regularly lags, and refuses to respond. The screen design is poor - I have never had to hold a phone away from my face to keep from touching the screen durning conversations. When texting, the Swype drops words, randomly inserts words and rearranges sentences. The SD card won't accept anything nor read... The RAM is minimal. It came so overloaded with useless/unwanted programs that couldn't be removed. I have barely been able to add the apps I want and need. I can't run Spotify on it, my yahoo mail takes nearly 10 minutes to open. As I said, I am very disappointed.

it is good phone
Phone owned for less than a month

I've had the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini for over a month now and can say that it's a simply, marvelous phone and extremely easy to use. It's very fast and it feels great in your hand! The battery life is also pretty impressive and has a wide range of fantastic apps for you to explore and download. Would highly recommend it to anyone wondering whether to purchase the S3 Mini.
