Was a fantastic phone. Looked great, was fast, and had great speakers. The camera was alright, but mine had the pink issue that a lot of the HTC One's had. Mine stopped charging after 2 months though, which was disappointing.
This phone feels and looks like a Billionaire's cellphone. The 1080p screen is amazingly crisp and bright. Call quality and reception on Verizon prepaid is solid. The browser, videos and Wi-Fi is BETTER than my Ultrabook computer. The Beats Audio sound is simply mind-blowingly loud and clean. For under $100(pre-owned)....I cannot find a single fault for this phone. The One M7 4MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization really shoots nice photos, even in low light conditions. However, shooting holiday lights at night the camera tends to over-amplify and distort the lights, making the image blurry and awash in glowing lights. Despite being a year old - my phone battery life running a GPS bike ride application(data OFF) still provided a respectable, six-hour service life. With GPS off - you can realize up to 3 hours more battery life.
I researched all my options, before pulling the trigger, on the One M7. I hate Apple's Evil Empire and was not impressed with the Samsung Galaxy S4 or the huge tablet-like slates, of the Note S3 and S5/S6. I also don't do tech-geek belt holsters, obstructive front pocket storage, or hideous rubber skins that remove the thin beauty of a good Smartphone. I simply needed a phone I can store in my back pocket like a wallet, without breaking the chassis or screen. This phone fits the bill perfectly.
My best phone yet. Everything about it suits my daily tasks. From build quality, to its Size, the UI does a snappy job. The processing is one of a prowess even though I have had the Phone for at least a year now, it does not lag at all. The quality of the calls is amazing. Well executed phone I would say. HTC only needs to improve the camera for me...Thats all...
