With T-Mobile's support page now live, the Microsoft Lumia 435 should be launched soon in the states
T-Mobile subscribers will apparently soon have the opportunity to purchase the entry-level Microsoft Lumia 435. While the carrier has yet to officially announce that it will be offering the phone, a support page for the handset has been put up by T-Mobile. We've been expecting a U.S. presence for the phone ever since it appeared on Microsoft's U.S. Lumia website in January.
The Microsoft Lumia 435 carries a 4-inch LCD screen with resolution of 480 x 800. That works out to a pixel density of 233ppi. A dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 CPU is under the hood with the Adreno 302 GPU crunching graphics. 1GB of RAM is inside with 8GB of native storage aboard. Those seeking additional memory can use the 128GB microSD slot that the phone offers.
This is not a phone for photography buffs. The camera on back is 2MP with an aperture of f/2.7. A .3MP front-facing camera handles selfies. Keeping the lights on is a 1560mAh battery. With Windows Phone 8.1 pre-installed, Cortana comes with the phone right out of the box. While there is no support for LTE, the phone does offer HSPA+ connectivity and T-Mobile's Wi-Fi calling.
