Vivo Xplay 3S phone 2560x1440 pixels screen snapped on a testing mule, looking huge
Vivo is not doing a great job at keeping its plans secret, as its Xplay 3S phone screen just got pictured on prototype, wrapped in a testing mule parphernalia. The phone is supposed to be the first handset with 2K HD screen, meaning we will have 2560x1440 pixels display.
From the looks of it, the display size is huge, which leads us to the thought that Vivo might indeed be equipping its handset with something like LG's 5.5" 2560x1440 pixels display with 538ppi, so the Xplay 3S will actually be a phablet. Sharp also flaunted a 6.1" IGZO screen, but with 2560x1600 pixels of resolution, so Vivo's triumph at the screen resolution top might be short lived, if it outs the Xplay 3S before anyone else.
