Upcoming HTC One (M8) Max phablet tipped to boast Snapdragon 805 chipset
We might be having a successor to the HTC One max in the works, according to tipsters, and it will be looking all grown-up and metallic, thanks to a large display fitted in the general shape and form of the One (M8). That's right, last year's One max with its slightly disappointing Snapdragon 600 processor, could step aside for the One (M8) Max, previously rumored as the (M8) Prime.
The phablet is expected to sport a 5.5"+ display panel, but this time it should be equipped with the scorching hot Snapdragon 805 chipset, which would make it a fast beast, worthy of the competition with an eventual Note 4 that is also expected to feature Qualcomm's latest. As for the rest of the specs, nothing is confirmed at this point, though we do hope that HTC will reconsider putting a Duo Camera in such a huge handset, but opt for something more orthodox and with more pixels instead.
