Sony's upcoming Xperia phone will likely be available in a gold color option
Yesterday, we passed the news that Sony is about to unveil a new Xperia device on August 3. The new device was teased as an able-bodied cameraphone that will take "split-second photos", hinting that the camera will be the main selling point of the upcoming device. We already suspect that the device in question will be the Xperia C5 Ultra, a phone the specs and manual of which have already reportedly leaked.
We will have to wait until next Monday to know whether the Xperia C5 will actually make a debut. Until then, we are only left with Sony's teasers regarding the yet-unannounced device.
The latest one is most certainly regarding one of the color options of the device - the Japan-based manufacturer hinted a "golden" color option for the mysterious phone. "Something golden is sparkling on the horizon", and we are eager to know what it is!

Provided that the phone is the Xperia C5, it might boast the following specs: a 64-bit octa-core chipset (probably a MediaTek one), a 1080p display with a 5.5-inch diagonal, 2GB of RAM, and most importantly, a 13MP rear camera. There might also be a flash accompanying the front-facing camera.
From previous teasers it was hinted that the Xperia device will also be water-resistant to some extent, which has been one of the defining features on many of Sony's smartphones for the past few years.
