Sony Xperia E3 to join the Z3 at IFA 2014 this week?
According to 9to5Google, the Z3 line will be accompanied by an Xperia E3, which should be a relatively affordable handset. The E3 will be the successor to Sony’s Xperia E and Xperia E1 (seen above). Reportedly, its features include a 4.8-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels, 1.5 GB (or 2 GB) of RAM, and a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. Android 4.4 KitKat will most probably be on board. It’s said that the E3 might cost between $200 and $300, and, unlike the devices included in the Z3 series, it won’t be water-resistant.
All in all, it looks like Sony will have quite many things to show us at IFA. Alongside new smartphones and tablets, the company may also announce a SmartWatch 3 and a SmartBand Talk.
Sony’s IFA 2014 press event will kick-off on September 3, thus in two days from now. Well, we’re impatiently waiting!
