Shell shocker: contract-free Nokia Lumia 925 goes to $225 for a limited time
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
Newegg is having a limited number of Nokia Lumia 925 handsets on sale for just $224.99. For comparison, Amazon has it for north of three hundred, and it's the best price we've seen for the T-Mobile handset, barring any contract subsidies. The $225 price is part of Newegg's Shell Shocker deals, so it will be available for a limited time, and you have to hurry up, if you are interested.
As a reminder, the Windows Phone device sports a bright, 600-nits 4.5" OLED display, a dual-core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon inside, 1 GB of RAM, plus 16 GB of internal memory (no card slot), and a 2000 mAh sealed battery to back it all up. It is made of polycarbonate, but sports an aluminum side frame, which also serves as the antenna. The 8.7 MP PureView camera is with Carl Zeiss lens, and sports a dual LED flash. The shooter also features optical image stabilization, while Nokia Lumia 925 is the first phone with six-element camera lens, and ISO 3200.
