On Friday, we passed along a picture of a 24K Gold finished HTC One (M8)that had been sent to T-Mobile CEO John Legere by HTC America. The executive had snapped a picture of his gift, and tweeted it out for all to see. But just when you figured that Mr. Legere had a brand new daily driver, out pops a tweet from the outspoken executive, showing off the new Gold finished Samsung Galaxy S5 he received from Samsung Mobile U.S.
If you kids are looking at this right now, better buckle up in school and start studying. For someday you might "grow up" and become the CEO of a major U.S. carrier. Sure, it is a pressure packed job, but just maybe you can have handset manufacturers throw their new top-shelf phones at you.
Now Legere has a touch choice to make. Does he use his new HTC One (M8) and alienate Samsung, or does he go with his new Galaxy S5 and risk upsetting HTC? It's a dilemma that we all wish we had.
Now T-Mobile CEO John Legere is receiving a Gold Samsung Galaxy S5 to go with his gold HTC One (M8)
