The Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 (GT-S7582) has been posted on Samsung India's website, priced at 10,999 Indian Rupees ($176 USD). The follow-up to the Samsung Galaxy S Duos, the new model offers the same dual SIM capabilities and is loaded up with Android 4.2. The phone is equipped with a 4 inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 800, 768MB of RAM and 4GB of native storage.
A 64GB capacity microSD slot is on board and the back and front cameras weigh in at 5MP and .3MP respectively. A 1500mAh battery keeps the lights on. Obviously not one of the Korean OEM's most highly spec'd models, the Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 allows users to have two lines on one handset. One can be for work and the other for play. Or perhaps one carrier offers a great rate for talk and text and another has a great data plan.
Right now, the device shows as being out of stock on the Samsung India website.
