Samsung Galaxy A9 makes appearance on Zauba website carrying 6-inch screen
The Samsung SM-A9000 should be the unannounced Samsung Galaxy A9. Previous leaks have given the impression that the device will be carrying a 5.5-inch screen. But now, a listing for the SM-A9000 found on Zauba reveals that the Galaxy A9 will be employing a 6-inch screen. The device was imported into India on November 3rd and November 4th for testing.

On November 3rd, the phones imported were valued at $201 each. Those shipped into the country the very next day, were given a value of $251. We could see the phone retail for twice that amount when launched.

As recently as last month, rumored specs for the Galaxy A9 included a 5.5-inch screen, with a resolution of 1080 x 1920. The Zauba website obviously puts that into question. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 620 SoC, carrying an octa-core 1.8GHz CPU and the Adreno 510 GPU. 3GB of RAM is inside, along with 32GB of non-expandable storage.

As the Galaxy A9 continues on the path toward its eventual launch, we should find out exactly what the screen size of the handset will be. There are also a few other specs that remain unknown at this point in time. Hopefully, we will see this phone unveiled in the not too distant future.
