Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016 edition) unboxing and first look
The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016 edition) has finally arrived in our office!
A 5.5-inch phone with a solid metal frame, beautiful glass design accents, extremely slim bezels and very compact size, it sets the tone for mid-range phones in 2016.
Apart from being a thing of style that usually comes at a higher price, the Galaxy A7 also features the powerful Exynos 7 Octa chip, similar (a bit less powerful, though) to the one that Samsung uses in the Galaxy S6, and it's got a fingerprint scanner.
The rest of the spec highlights include a Super AMOLED display, a 13-megapixel main camera with wide, f/1.9 aperture, a 5-megapixel seflie shooter, 16GB of internal storage (that you can easily expand using microSD cards) and a fairly big, 3,300mAh battery.
Stay tuned for our full Galaxy A7 review coming up within the next few days, but for starters, take a look at our unboxing of the handset, as well as at some first hand impressions and pictures.
