Samsung GT-I9500 scores highest Browsermark 2.0 score
It looks like the Samsung Galaxy S IV is going to be a beast performance-wise as the Samsung Galaxy GT-I9500 set a new standard for the Browsermark2.0 benchmark site. The GT-I9500 is expected to be the international version of the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S IV and the leaked pictures of the device that we have showed you have included that very same model number on the bootscreen.

With a score of 2710, the Samsung GT-I9500 beat out a who's who of smartphone superstars including the runner up LG Optimus G (2555), the HTC One (2262), fan favorite Sony Xperia Z (1865) and the Oppo Find 5 (1797) to round out the top five. It is not entirely clear what chips are driving the device, although the latest report has the international model powered by the Samsung Exynos 5 Octa processor while the U.S. version will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 under the hood.

We will know more on March 14th when Samsung unveils its next flagship smartphone in New York City. As we've pointed out before, the biggest rival to the Apple iPhone will be introduced in the Big Apple.
