Prototype Samsung Galaxy Note 5 arrives in India for a little R&D
A listing on India's import-export journal Zauba, reveals that a prototype with the model number SM-N920F was imported into the country last Thursday. The model number SM-N920 was already used by the Samsung Galaxy Note 5when it paid a visit to those distinguished gentlemen at the FCC. So what is a Galaxy Note 5 prototype doing in India? If you guessed that it was in the country for a little R&R, you'd be half right. Actually, the listing shows that the prototype is part of some R&D work.

Even though it is not an accurate estimate of what the phone will be priced at, Zauba shows the protoype having a value of $572 USD. Remember, this is only a prototype after all.

We could see the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 make an earlier than usual appearance this year with an unveiling as early as next month. With the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ at its side, the dynamic duo might be rushed out early in order to get a head start against the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus.

Thanks for the tip!
