started taking pre-orders for Windows Phone 8 models. Nokia's top-shelf model, the
Nokia Lumia 920 can be reserved for CHF 749 ($793 USD) and the
Nokia Lumia 820 can be pre-ordered for CHF 639 ($687 USD). Delivery dates for the pair are listed as being in mid-November and both models can be pre-ordered in your choice of yellow, red, black or white. The carrier is also listing the 16GB model of the
Samsung ATIV S for CHF699 ($740 USD). No delivery date is listed for the Samsung model. The handsets will be available with subsidized pricing for Orange, Sunrise and Swisscom.
Additionally, the same trio of Windows Phone 8 models is available for pre-order in the Czech Republic. At Smarty.cz, the Nokia Lumia 920 can be reserved for 14,995 CZK ($807 USD). The Nokia Lumia 820 can be pre-ordered for 12,495 CZK ($651). Lastly, you can pre-order the Samsung ATIV S for $15,495 CZK ($807 USD). No shipping date is listed.
