It was not that long ago Oppo took the covers off the first Android 5.0 Lollipop based skin of its UI, called ColorOS. That version, 2.1.0i, brought a number of new-to-Oppo-owner features.

Now that the foundation is in place, the developers at Oppo have been focusing on bug-fixing and stabilization, but have also managed to bring forward a few cool new features with the latest build to ColorOS, 2.1.1i.

First is a feature called Lockscreen Magazine, this brings you a new lockscreen every time you turn the display on. The next update is for the super-fast VOOC charging, which get a fresh animation that shows you how much time you saved using Oppo’s rapid charging.

Homescreen management has been enhanced, enabling you to select multiple apps at once and then drag them into a folder or create a folder. The photo application has been enhanced with a new series of color filters.

Finally, one of the coolest new features is Long Screenshots. If you are in an area that can be scrolled (like a webpage), you can hold the power and volume-up button to enable the ability to stitch the scrolled pages together.

ColorOS 2.1.1i is available as a Beta now, and can be installed on the Oppo Find 7 and Find 7a. This build will be available as an OTA update on Monday.
