Nokia Lumia 925 to debut in China on June 15th with Limited Edition Superman logo?
Back on May 14th, when the Nokia Lumia 925 was introduced, it was announced that the device would initially be released in China, the U.K., Germany, Italy and Spain. Now, speculation is calling for China to be the country getting first crack at the high-end Windows Phone 8 model on June 15th. The Superman logo will be found on the back of 925 limited edition units just as the latest Man of Steel film hits Chinese theaters on June 14th, the day before the phone is debuted. A back for wireless charging, also with the Superman logo, will be available for purchase. You might recall that Nokia offered a similar limited edition with the Batman logo on the Nokia Lumia 900.
The price of the Nokia Lumia 925 is expected to be 3999 CNY ($653 USD) which is actually lower than the 4599 CNY ($750 USD) that the Nokia Lumia 920 cost when it launched in the country. The Nokia Lumia 925, which was codenamed Catwalk, offers an aluminum side-frame which doubles as the antenna. Once again, the camera is the (gulp) focus of the device. The rear facing snapper has an 8.7MP sensor and with an aperture of F/2.0, the camera should be able to snap great pictures even in low-light conditions.
