New T-Mobile ad once again goes after AT&T and Apple's Face Time restrictions
T-Mobile continues its ad campaign for the myTouch 4G that takes a jab at the Apple iPhone 4 and AT&T's network. So far all of the commercials in the series have pointed out that Apple's Face Time video chat requires the use of a Wi-Fi network to work. On the other hand, T-Mobile's myTouch 4G will allow you to have a video chat using Wi-Fi or the carrier's 4G network.
"Not cool, AT&T," says the T-Mobile spokeswoman when the actor portraying the Apple iPhone 4 steps out of the "Wi-Fi zone" making a mess of a Face Time video chat. And of course, T-Mobile closes out by once again making sure we know that the carrier has "America's largest 4G network."
Will AT&T fight back or will it leave it up to Apple to retaliate as it did with the famous Verizon "There's a map for that" ads that ran last year.
